Yoder Laser Concrete is a self-performing commercial concrete company in Millersburg, Ohio. Dirt through finish, across five states, with our own crews and our own laser screeds. Pick the scope you are putting out to bid.
Every one of these is our own crew and our own equipment. Nothing is brokered out to a sub you have never met.

Excavation and subgrade at the front. Joint sawing, sealing and FF/FL records at the back.
Most concrete packages get split. An excavation sub does the dirt, a foundation sub does the footings, a flatwork sub does the floor, and a finisher does the surface. Every one of those handoffs is a place the schedule slips and responsibility gets vague.
We take the whole package. The crew that digs the trench is the crew that strips the forms and the crew that finishes the floor. When something changes, and something always changes, there is one company to call and nobody to blame sideways.
It also removes mobilisations. Fewer crews arriving and leaving is fewer days on your schedule.
Our crews and equipment are sized for commercial and industrial work. These are the sectors we build in most.
High-bay racking, defined-traffic aisles, super-flat specs.
Plant floors built for equipment loads and forklift traffic.
Heavy-load pads and slabs, poured around live operations.
Feed pads, equipment buildings and post-frame footings.
Multi-phase campus packages coordinated across trades.
Lots, aprons, pads and building slabs on commercial builds.
Five Somero screeds and ride-on power trowels in house. Most contractors rent, which means the machine that turns up is whatever the yard had free.
FF/FL testing and pour records delivered the same day, so the concrete package clears before punch list.
$4M umbrella, zero lost-time incidents in three years, OSHA 30 on every crew leader, ACI certified. Certificates go out the same day you ask.
An elevated hospital deck pour. Not every commercial concrete company will take suspended slab work.
The setup behind that pour. Pump, mixers and material handling staged inside the structure before a single yard is placed.
Everything mobilises from one yard in Millersburg, Holmes County. That is why the people who bid your job are the people who pour it.
Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Lorain, Youngstown and Toledo.
Columbus, Zanesville, Dayton and Cincinnati.
Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, and further for the right project.
Minimum project size is around 20,000 square feet, which is where our crews and equipment are most efficient.
Commercial and industrial work from around 20,000 square feet upward. That is where our laser screeds and crews are most efficient. Smaller jobs get looked at when the scope is interesting or the footing package is the bulk of the work.
Self-performed. Site prep, formwork, rebar, placement, finishing, sawing and sealing are all our own crews on our own payroll.
Licensed in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, with Indiana and Michigan handled per project and per jurisdiction. $4M umbrella liability, certificates on request.
An estimator comes back within 24 hours with a scope review and a budget range, before your bid deadline. Pre-bid takeoffs and early design involvement are welcome.
Our equipment and crews are built for commercial and industrial scale, so that is the bulk of what we do. We still take residential flatwork where the size makes sense for a laser screed crew. Call Daniel with what you have and he will tell you straight whether we are the right fit.
