Everything below is self-performed, so the crew that bids your Akron job is the crew that pours it.
Distribution and manufacturing floors placed with Somero laser screeds to FF 50 / FL 35 or better, ready for racking.
Learn moreSloped, crowned and drainage-critical slabs placed to the design grade in one pass.
Learn moreSpread footings, frost walls, piers and column pads, formed and poured by our own crews.
Learn moreFoundation, retaining and frost walls with continuous steel, set to the elevations on your drawings.
Learn moreConcrete lots, drive lanes, truck courts and dock aprons built for loaded trailers.
Learn moreFailed warehouse floors removed and replaced, sequenced around an operating building.
Learn moreIn Summit County we mostly pour the structure under new commercial buildings: footings, frost walls, foundation walls and the slab on grade, then the parking lot and dock aprons outside. Crews travel from Millersburg for jobs in Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Barberton, Green, Hudson and Twinsburg.
About 90 percent of every job is done by our own crews, led by OSHA 30 trained crew leaders, with an EMR of 0.81. Slabs go down with Somero laser screeds to FF 50 / FL 35 or better on the first pour. We have been in business since 2000 and place over a million square feet of concrete a year.

Yes. Akron and Summit County are part of our regular Ohio service area, worked from our base at 163 East Adams Street in Millersburg. We take commercial and industrial projects from 10,000 square feet up.
A flat floor starts below it. Because we self-perform the footings, the walls and the slab, one contractor is responsible for the elevations from the first footing to the finished floor, and there is no hand-off between a foundation sub and a flatwork sub.
FF 50 / FL 35 or better as a baseline on warehouse and industrial floors, and up to FF 80 where the spec calls for super-flat aisles. Every result is measured and handed over at closeout.
Yes. We remove and replace failed warehouse and industrial floors, sequenced around an operating building when the business has to keep running.
Within 24 hours. Send the full drawing set and your bid date. We price from blueprints, so the number is a real takeoff rather than a square-foot guess.
