Learn moreAround Toledo the work is mostly warehouse, logistics and manufacturing: large floor slabs, foundations, and the truck courts outside. We cover Toledo, Perrysburg, Maumee, Rossford, Northwood, Sylvania and Walbridge, plus southeast Michigan.
Michigan is one of the five states we work in, so northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan projects are both in range. Our own crews place slabs with Somero laser screeds to FF 50 / FL 35 or better. We have poured commercial concrete since 2000 and take on projects from 10,000 square feet up.

Yes. Toledo and Lucas County are part of our regular Ohio service area, worked from our base at 163 East Adams Street in Millersburg. We take commercial and industrial projects from 10,000 square feet up.
Truck courts and dock aprons carry loaded trailers every day. We place them to the thickness, reinforcing and joint spacing on your drawings so the concrete outside the building lasts as long as the floor inside it.
FF 50 / FL 35 or better as a baseline on warehouse and industrial floors, and up to FF 80 where the spec calls for super-flat aisles. Every result is measured and handed over at closeout.
