Learn moreThe I-70 and I-75 corridor around Dayton is lined with distribution centers and manufacturing plants, and that is the concrete work we do: large floor slabs, the foundations under them, and the truck courts and parking lots outside. We cover Dayton, Vandalia, Huber Heights, Kettering, Miamisburg, Fairborn and Springfield.
Racking and forklifts need a flat, level floor, so we place slabs with Somero laser screeds and build them to FF 50 / FL 35 or better. Every job is run by OSHA 30 trained crew leaders, and we carry a $4 million umbrella policy. We have poured commercial concrete since 2000 and take on projects from 10,000 square feet up.

Yes. Dayton and Montgomery County are part of our regular Ohio service area, worked from our base at 163 East Adams Street in Millersburg. We take commercial and industrial projects from 10,000 square feet up.
Large slabs are poured in planned sections with the joint layout, pour sequence and pump setup settled before the first truck arrives. Send the drawings early and we will flag anything in the slab details that affects flatness or schedule.
FF 50 / FL 35 or better as a baseline on warehouse and industrial floors, and up to FF 80 where the spec calls for super-flat aisles. Every result is measured and handed over at closeout.
