Learn moreOur Cincinnati-area work covers West Chester, Fairfield, Mason, Sharonville, Blue Ash and Hamilton, and southeastern Indiana across the state line. Most of it is commercial: new warehouses and plants, building additions, and the lots and truck courts around them.
We self-perform about 90 percent of every job with our own crews and Somero laser screeds, so the schedule and the flatness numbers stay with one company. Floors are placed to FF 50 / FL 35 or better. We have done commercial concrete since 2000 and work across Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Yes. Cincinnati and Hamilton County are part of our regular Ohio service area, worked from our base at 163 East Adams Street in Millersburg. We take commercial and industrial projects from 10,000 square feet up.
Send the full drawing set, not just the square footage. The square footage tells us whether the job fits; the slab details, joint layout, reinforcing and FF / FL spec are what let us price it accurately.
FF 50 / FL 35 or better as a baseline on warehouse and industrial floors, and up to FF 80 where the spec calls for super-flat aisles. Every result is measured and handed over at closeout.
