Monolithic Beats
Mortar Joints
A poured wall is one continuous piece of concrete with reinforcing steel running through it. A block wall is hundreds of units bonded with mortar, and every one of those joints is a path for water and a plane of weakness.
On a below-grade foundation that difference decides whether the basement stays dry. On a retaining wall carrying lateral earth pressure it decides whether the wall leans.
Poured walls also go up faster. Forms are set, steel is tied, concrete is placed, and the wall is done. Block is laid course by course, and every course is a day the trades above you are waiting.

The Wall Is Only
As Good As The Form
A poured wall records every mistake in the formwork. Bowed panels, loose ties and bad bracing all show up in the finished concrete, and nobody grinds a wall straight afterwards.
Our formwork is set by the same crews who place the concrete, which means the people responsible for the finish are the people who built the form.
Snap ties are patched, forms are stripped clean, and the wall is left ready for waterproofing or backfill without a punch list.
